the BC and Yukon Book Fiction Prize as well as the Western Canada Jewish Book Awards for Fiction (prize announcement December 6, 2020).

RHEA TREGEBOV was born in Saskatoon and raised in Winnipeg. BC has been her home since 2004. She is now an Associate Professor Emerita
of Creative Writing at UBC. Her first novel, The Knife Sharpener’s Bell, was listed in the Globe and Mail’s top 100 books. She is an award-winning
poet and celebrated author of children’s picture books.
